Welcome to the third day of the Waltzingmouse Stamps Feb Release previews! The DT and I will be sharing projects over the next several days featuring NINE new stamp sets that will be available for purchase at the Waltzingmouse online store starting March 1. Have you guys seen anything that has caught your eye yet? If not... no fear, today we're featuring Heirloom Patterns (designed our very own Anya!) and Compact Sentiments.
Thanks Card
The first one is simple - a nice black and white card with a bit of color punch. I stamped and embossed the chicken wire image (featured earlier this week) in white on black cardstock. I felt like the colors gave it a more modern feel so I added a bit of color with a piece of ribbon. The sentiment from Compact Sentiments fit right below perfectly.
Celebrate Card
I picked the diamond pattern from Heirloom Patterns and stamped it in pink. Once that dried, I stamped it again in versamark and brushed it with some Perfect Pearls. As you shift the card, the pattern appears a little different thanks to the glare of the Perfect Pearls.

Oh, Belinda! Your cards are so gorgeous! I honestly don't know which of them I love more! I love the simplicity of the first (and that chicken wire ;)) And the soft and femininity of the second, and the nifty perfect pearls treatment!? Simply divine!
Wow! The white on black is fabulous! And the prism affect of diamond background on the second card is just amazing. Love it!!
These are both fantastic samples, Belinda! The chicken wire looks so great - I agree with what others have said.. it has a modern homespun feel to it and the pop of color with the ribbon sets it off perfectly. And the second..swoon! I love the offset stamping, but the perfect pearls just make it so elegant! Its beautiful!
