Flowers, flowers, flowers!

Finally home from my business trip and I learned that our internet is basically broken... Sigh. Guess with all the rain that happened and the flooding, something, somewhere went blargh. So I guess this didn't post like it should have.

I'm sitting in the public library chilling because I can't survive w/o the interwebs but I will be a little slower to respond to emails, do blog posts, comment until our internet is fixed. Hope you all understand!

I have a bunch of cards to catch up on and I can't wait to be back in my crafty area (which the hubster and I just reorganized last weekend!). He even volunteered to clear out stuff so I'd have room -- I didn't even have to ask! Isn't that sweet?

I also learned last weekend how to crochet flowers! Thanks Ren-Yi! Now that the Pens have won (w00t!), there's no excuses not to make me more flowers, right? ;-) Haha, j/k. Anyhoo, I can't wait to use those flowers on my cards!

I love simple embellishments that just are easy and fun to make! So I punched some circles and then distressed them. I rolled the edges up a little, some sides more than others. Added a button on top and there we go! Instant embellishment using scraps! ;-)

I also love the fun sentiment from Flower Garden Additions. :) The bee is too cute as well, don't you think?
